Key Responsibilities:
As a Baggage Coordinator at Anglo Pacific, you be responsible for:
Shipment management
- Inputting sea, courier, air and road shipments globally into Anglo Pacific’s systems.
- Efficiently managing client information within our system.
- Electronically filing documentation.
- Verifying customers have completed documentation accordingly.
- Obtaining payments for shipments.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure a smooth shipping process.
Customer communications
- Answering calls promptly.
- Providing an exceptional service both externally and internally.
- Providing guidance and assistance to customers where necessary.
Our Baggage Coordinator role would be ideal for individuals who have strong organisational and communication skills. If you’ve previously thrived in administrative roles, especially those involving invoicing or high-volume administration, this position could be great for you.
